Anna Fried
LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
About Anna
Teenagers have a lot of stress these days. I have an interest in the unique challenges facing Generation Z. Sometimes misunderstood, Gen Z teens have a ton of resilience and potential. As a therapist working with teens ages 14+, I examine the impact of social media and the teen’s environment. I focus on relationships with friends, both IRL (In Real Life) and online. I work with teens to improve mood, anxiety, and self-esteem. Our work together can be fun and interactive while still working towards therapy goals.

About Katy
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I utilize person-centered, eclectic approaches to engage individuals authentically in order to address their unique needs. I have extensive clinical experience working with children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychosis, autism, and trauma related disorders. I specialize in helping young people navigate life transitions, focusing on identity development and empowerment to foster resiliency.
My eclectic theoretical orientation is based in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to understand how our thoughts impact our feelings and behaviors, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to learn skills to promote emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. I also utilize my background as a creative arts therapist to provide additional outlets for self-expression and emotional processing.

About Julia
Are you having challenges managing your child’s behaviors? Do you feel as though your child’s tantrums or current difficulties are impacting your quality of life or are negatively affecting your family? Are you finding yourself avoiding situations that could possible trigger a tantrum or a negative reaction? It is common for parents to feel variety of emotions such as feeling exasperated, fatigued, irritable, on-edge, guilty, and isolated/alone due to the struggles of child-rearing. Oftentimes these challenges can create tension in the household and take away from the joyful moments of parenting. My goal is to try and alleviate your distress through providing you and your family unconditional positive regard and specific interventions to target challenging behaviors. Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is an evidenced-based parenting program for children between the ages of 2 and 7 years old whom experience similar challenges. This manualized treatment teaches caregivers play therapy techniques to help the parent-child relationship as well as discipline strategies to improve behavioral challenges.
My academic training has been grounded in the use of evidence-based cognitive behavioral (CBT) practice which I use with children, adolescents, and adults in individual therapy. I also implement interventions from other modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I have treated individuals with varying disorders such as depression, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, classroom difficulties, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I like to take a person-centered, individualistic approach to therapy. It is important to me that my clients feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout treatment.

Bally Radatti
LPC
Licensed Psychotherapist
About Bally
Through my work as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I provide treatment to children, teenagers, adults and families, focusing on my clients’ strengths to help them to establish meaningful relationships and pursue fulfilling lives. Trust and collaboration set the foundation of the therapeutic process, and so it is vital for me to meet my clients where they are as we work together to individualize treatment based upon their unique qualities and experiences.
My therapeutic style is grounded in a range of evidence-based practices, and can be described as humanistic, existential, relational and trauma-informed. Across nearly a decade of therapeutic experience, I have had many opportunities to support those presenting with a history of trauma, grief, sensory and sleeping difficulties, anxiety, irritability, ADHD, relationship conflict, and other significant life stressors.
I have received specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), which has refined my skills in providing developmentally appropriate interventions, facilitating open communication in relationships, and holding a safe space for clients to navigate uncomfortable truths and unknowns.
I work to integrate holistic values and mental health in an ever-changing society based upon the belief that there is no one way of healing, and that it is not often a linear process. This allows flexibility for creative interventions beyond traditional talk-therapy, including via art, mindfulness, play and movement.
As a certified yoga teacher, I also regularly practice the skills I teach, understanding the challenge as well as the impact these strategies can have. This allows me to be fully present in my work with clients as we explore thoughts, emotions and memories, to develop an understanding of our responses to the world around us through curiosity and compassion

Dr. Ashley DeBlasi, Hayhurst
Licensed Psychologist
About Ashley
I am interested in working with individuals of all ages, through individual, couple, and family therapy. I work with people experiencing an array of challenges, including relational and familial challenges, life transitions and major stressors, trauma, anxiety, behavioral issues, severe mental illness, and challenges stemming from being a part of the criminal justice system.
My approach to therapy emphasizes treating the individual client’s needs with a dynamic, flexible, and collaborative approach, while creating a safe environment. My approach to therapy is based on a psychodynamic framework which I reinforce by integrating systems theory. Psychodynamics help us understand what is going on inside a person, and systems theory helps us understand the interactions between people. I also consider individual’s different identities. People are uniquely influenced by the different periods of development and their different social and cultural identities. Being mindful of the whole individual, both developmentally and culturally, and how these identities interact with one another, leads to a better understanding of ourselves.

About Kaitlyn
Children and adolescents today are experiencing a unique set of stressors. The roles of social media and the Covid-19 pandemic have had major impacts on youth – their mental health, their interpersonal development, and their stress. My experience can support children and adolescents in communicating and understanding their emotions in a manner that is most comfortable to them. I have been trained in play therapy, which allows me to provide a space for children to express themselves in an individualized manner that feels natural to them. The training I have is also grounded in a trauma-informed lens that emphasizes an understanding of how our life experiences impact us, and providing a safe space to do so. I have worked with children and adolescents experiencing an array of concerns. My experience includes supporting children and teens that present with social/behavioral/emotional concerns, children that are on the autism Spectrum and children and teens that have endured trauma. Additionally, my experience includes supporting parents in managing the emotional struggles that come along with these challenges that their children face. I look forward to collaborating with you to support your child or adolescent in their therapeutic journey.
