Dr. Lindsay Brown Psy.D.
About Lindsay
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who received a Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Immaculata University. I have over 10 years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health
and residential treatment settings. I have provided extensive therapy services for individuals, groups, and families. Areas of treatment include anxiety, depression, ADHD, Anger, OCD, Grief/Loss, Relationship and Family Issues. I believe the foundation of a successful therapeutic experience relies on the relationship between the clinician and client. I believe treatment is a collaborative effort and I help individuals identify personal goals that are meaningful to them and
identify steps to achieve such goals. I strive to provide a safe, warm, and insightful environment in order to help individuals work through their stress and troubles. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Michael Drag
LPC
About Michael
I work with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of challenges. My style of therapy includes researched and evidence based practices such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I utilize the art of therapy to meet someone where they are in their current struggle. I then help them identify and remove the barriers holding them back from living the life they want. I also believe identifying strengths, life dreams, and goals are important for positive change and desired growth. I want to identify dreams for people to run toward rather than pain from which to run. While I have experience helping others cope with a variety of life challenges my areas of specialty include Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Anger, Grief/Loss, and Transitions in life. I believe in the resiliency of human nature and the importance of providing a safe, honest, collaborative, and validating environment that can promote growth and change while lessening pain.
Anna Fried
LCSW
About Anna
Sometimes change can have a major impact on our mood and well being. Sometimes, life is just downright difficult. Although everyone has a unique story, many people struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, and mood swings. In other words, you are not alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate through different life stages while staying mindful and present. Our work together can help embolden you to process what’s happened to you in the past so that you are better equipped to manage the future. I will work with you to examine your thoughts and feelings on a deep level and we can investigate: how are these affecting your behavior? Your relationships? And as opposed to just listening, I actively work with clients to create goals and monitor progress so that they are always moving forward. I am a Philly native and received my master’s degree from Hunter College in NYC.

Katy Gorski
Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, LPC
About Katy
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I utilize person-centered, eclectic approaches to engage
individuals authentically in order to address their unique needs. I believe building a therapeutic
relationship that promotes collaboration, respect, and trust will facilitate change through processing and exploring personal experiences to gain insight and self-awareness. I utilize therapeutic techniques to support individuals struggling to cope with life experiences by exploring
alternative perspectives to help them learn adaptive coping strategies that enable them to be the
best version of themselves.
I have extensive clinical experience working with young people and adults struggling with anxiety,
depression, psychosis, mood disorders, and trauma related disorders. I specialize in helping young
people navigate life transitions, focusing on identity development and empowerment to foster
resiliency.
My eclectic theoretical orientation is based in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to understand how
our thoughts impact our feelings and behaviors, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to learn
skills to promote emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal
effectiveness.
Dr. David LaMantia
Psy.D.
About David
My approach to therapy centers around helping the client identify goals for growth, and collaborating on ways to accomplish meaningful change. In doing so, I aim to provide a warm and supportive environment in which to better understand the self, utilize personal strengths, and develop coping skills. I work with people experiencing a variety of challenges, but I specialize helping those dealing with social anxiety, depression, phobias, stress-management, and adjustment to transitions in life. I primarily utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework focusing on the connections between our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, but pull from Exposure, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) depending on the needs of the individual. I believe the client is the expert on their own experiences, and aim to be an ally in helping my clients make sustainable, lasting, and meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling life. The foundations of doing so include listening, feedback, honesty, and trust.

I believe that the ultimate goal for the therapy process is to become healthier and experience a more satisfying, fulfilling lifestyle. Lynne Raju
MS, LMFT
Psychotherapist and Clinical Compliance Manager
About Lynne
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over a decade of experience helping others across a variety of settings and areas in the mental health field. I am a holistic therapist with training in both the mind and body. I have a Masters in Biomedical Sciences and a Masters in Marriage and Family therapy. As a transgenerational therapist I believe our pasts affects who we are in the present and sometimes prevents us from moving forward and living (being)ourselves in the present. Subsequently, I look to your past (your childhood experiences, traumas, previous relationships etc.) and see how it is affecting you in the present and form interventions together with you to work through your areas of concern. I use Marriage and Family Therapy interventions catered to the specific client and family needs. Therapeutic models used include CBT, Bowen, Solutions Focused, Mindfulness among other MFT modes of interventions that are depended on what we are working on. Populations I work
with include individuals, family, couples, (co)parenting with a variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, work and social stressors, family conflict, medical conditions etc. I am committed to the work I do with my clients and look forward to working together with you on your journey towards healing.
